All our sand line is imported directly by Certified Wire Rope from API registered factories that we have dealt with for years.

 SPOOLING & INSTALLATION SERVICE TRUCK

We also offer a sand line spooling service that is available to our customers 24/7. Certified Wire is the only wire rope company in Alberta that is able to supply, deliver, and install sand lines, a service our well servicing and swabbing customers find very convenient. Our service truck is manned with two qualified installers at all times for safety reasons and in compliance with D.O.T. and W.C.B. regulations. This state of the art truck is equipped with a capstan tensioning system that allows for an even and consistent spooling job. Another important component is the 8 ton picker that eliminates the need to hire any additional crane or picker services during an install. Our job is to deliver a service in a timely and professional manner and help keep expenses to a minimum. Three sandlines can be carried on the truck for multiple installs, another cost saving feature available to our customers. A computerized 'wrap sheet' is issued right at the site and given to the rig manager when the install is complete. A full report explaining the complete details of the install will also accompany the customer invoice .

 GUARANTEE

As part of our Quality Assurance program, our sand line is checked randomly. Two out of every batch of 6 sand lines are re-spooled on to new reels so it can be closely observed. We pay particular attention to diameter consistency, torque, or any other possible discrepancy’s. No sand line leaves our premise unless it has passed our thorough inspection.
